Infyni Represented at HR Conclave by CII

Infyni attended the HR Conclave on May 30, 2024 which was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in New Delhi. Themed Leading the Change with New Age HR & Tech for Impact” it talked about the importance of building a skilled workforce for an AI-enabled world. The session highlighted how human resources has evolved into a strategic partner in shaping organizational culture, nurturing talent and delivering overall success. Discussions focused on the need for companies to implement training programs aimed at developing employee talent and the insights gained from these discussions were invaluable. 


There were 5 panel discussions that dwelt on how new age HR could deal with the changes in the workplace.

Session 2:  The Human Side of HR Tech: Leveraging Technology for People Success

Session 3:  Adapting to Change: Resilience and Agility in HR Practices 

Session 4: Talent Development 2.0: Building Skills for an AI- enabled World

Session 5: Building a Culture of Safety - Strategies for Enhancing Occupational Health & Safety at the Workplace

Highlighting the importance of investing in continuous learning and upskilling initiatives, most experts agreed that upskilling initiatives would be instrumental in driving organizational success. It provided an excellent opportunity to hear the panelists discuss their views. 


“We met professionals from companies across various industries such as Wheebox, Maruti, Oracle, Zimyo, Bata and Guftagu,” said Infyni’s HR Manager, Ritu Kumari, “these interactions are important as attendees now have a better understanding of Infyni as a leading skill-tech company. 

Infyni was represented at the CII event by Business Development Manager, Akshita Sharma, as well. “It was a very good opportunity to engage with prominent industry leaders like Mr. Varinder Kumar Verma, HR Strategy & Transformation at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Ms. Kanchan Chehal, Global Head of Talent Management at Bata Brands, and Ms. Lavang Khare, Senior VP at Adfactors PR,” said Infyni’s Sharma.

As Infyni continues to innovate and improve their training programs at Infyni, It was important to understand from others what some of the beneficial employee engagement policies were. Simultaneously the conclave highlighted the role of the organization also, in factors like transparency, and the value of human empathy and understanding or talent development and organizational success. ~
