Speaking at the recently opened Corporate office of Infyni in Gurgaon, Haryana, Tapas Kumar, National Head, OD & Operations said, "We are thrilled with the response of Companies and Engineering Colleges in India. Recently, we completed an internship program of 45 days for SIT Odisha for 110 B-Tech Students.
SIT or Silicon Institute of Technology is one of the largest and premier Engineering Colleges of Odisha.
"During the concluding session on August 11, 2022 students showed their utmost satisfaction on the quality and efficiency of our training program," Kumar said. One of the consistent feedback we got from SIT Faculties & Students was that the training was clearly designed to improve career prospects.
“Training has served the purpose of knowledge and skill building of students and this would surely help in terms of career prospects of students. Additionally, whatever suggestions have been given to infyni/trainers to improve upon during ongoing training sessions were immediately [implemented] and mid-course corrective actions have been ensured by infyni Team.”
A lot of new and innovative measures are being worked out currently. Identifying and selecting instructors to be on a panel as subject matter specialists for instance. They will be responsible for all course upgrades, new curriculum and facilitate mentorship after course completion with us. explained Kumar.
