Manoj is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infyni and sets the vision and strategy for the company. In 2017, Manoj became Infyni's first Instructor. Since then, he has overseen Infyni's growth to become a community of Instructors & learners from 16+ countries and regions. He is a computer science graduate & was working in Silicon Valley, before founding Infyni. His passion for transforming non-interactive, one-way & generic online education with interactive & personalized one drove him to found Infyni.

Navtesh Aggarwal is an accomplished Leader with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale global IT projects. His expertise includes solution design, product strategy and roadmap, digital strategy, and Program governance. Navtesh gained experience in a multicultural work environment while living in Europe for 2 years and in the US for 10 years. He has managed projects in Insurance, Finance, Telecom, and manufacturing domains with various technology stacks. He has expertise in implementing industry best practices to drive growth and create a healthy work environment. He has led different departments covering 360 views of products. He has worked with Leading business groups and institutions like Apple, World Bank, AIG, British Telecom, and PIMCO. Navtesh has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kurukshetra University. He is also an avid reader and a fitness enthusiast.

Mr. Ranjan Banerjee has more than 18 years of diverse experience in Credit & Risk, Operation, and Portfolio Management in Retail Lending Assets. He has handled 8 states which include North & East, Rajasthan, and Gujrat locations. He has headed the Credit & Risk, Operation Department and is responsible for managing the team for the Credit & Operation function. Before joining Infyni, he worked at various levels with Organisations like CSL Finance Ltd, TATA Capital, Hinduja Finance Ltd, Shriram Finance Ltd, HDB Financial Service Ltd, Fullerton India & Bajaj Finance Ltd. He has an MBA in Finance & Marketing and has also done an M.com qualification.

Nitin has over 25 years of experience in Technology, QA, Business Development and Consulting. He started his career at Oracle in 1999 and in a few years he successfully launched Oracle Business Intelligence products globally; which generated more than USD 50 million in annual sales. After Oracle, he spent a few years in his salesforce implementation startup and successfully sold his venture. He has worked for Pearson where he met Manoj (the founder of Infyni) and decided to invest in his idea. Nitin also started his consulting firm and helped medium-sized tech companies to globalize their products. He has an MBA(MIS) degree from the USA.

Pankaj Kumar's extensive financial expertise and strategic insight, honed over 16+ years in the fields of finance, taxation, and corporate compliance, make him a valuable asset to Infyni. With a deep understanding of risk management, financial planning, and fiscal responsibility, he is pivotal in driving Infyni's continuous growth. As the finance advisor, he upholds the organization's unwavering commitment to excellence in online learning through his diligent focus on ensuring financial stability.

Sanjeeva Shivesh is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and the Founder of The Entrepreneurship School. In his previous avatar, he served as a civil servant with the Government of India. Subsequently, he worked as a Strategy Consultant with Booz & Co. at their London Office and as Executive Director of Investments at a private equity firm. His passion lies in teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Design Thinking. He has been an Adjunct Professor at MDI Gurgaon, FMS, and TERI University, besides teaching at Singapore Management University, IIM Rohtak, IIM Kashipur, and IIT Delhi. He is an active panelist on economic affairs and policy on CNN News, India Today TV, Doordarshan, and AIR. Sanjeeva has a B. Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, U.K.

Subir has over 25 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur & Product Manager. His passion is to create something that has not been created before. Currently, he is a Partner at Predica Inc. Michigan. He holds a Master's from IIT-B and an MBA from Ross Business School, Michigan. He has worked closely with tech startups to coach through ideation, validation & execution.

Deepak comes with a strong technology background and considers himself an operator rather than an investor. He has a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Madras and is pursuing an MBA from Ross School of Business, Michigan. He is the Director of QA at Duo Security Inc. a Cisco Company. The strong team at Infyni is what attracted Deepak to invest there. Infyni provides people with an opportunity to learn from experts in the industry to close their skill gaps.

Satish comes with a technology investor background. The strong business model & committed team at Infyni is what attracted Satish to invest in Infyni. He lives in Chicago and has multiple successful exits from his earlier investments.

His global go-to-market and operating experience spans every major technology platform and business model transition of the last several decades and is defined by helping teams achieve market leading positions, establish investor networks, form strategic alliances, generate strong cash flows and grow enterprise values.
