While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, Infyni cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. As a student at Infyni, there are rules and guidelines that you are expected to follow. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy (link) for details.
Our mission is to ensure we meet the learning objectives you are promised. To that extent we align the right instructors for you. In addition, every live class on Infyni is monitored by Moderators who are present in every class, in every course. Also, we distribute feedback forms regularly during the course to measure satisfaction from students. We also call students or parents 1-1 randomly, to take any suggestions to improve your learning experience. The Infyni team is available 24-hours on whatsapp call / messages for any eventuality.
Our Moderators ensure that every class is started on time and as per schedule. They also oversee the conduct of both students and instructors, stepping in as and when needed. Any untoward incidents, extremely rare in occurrence are immediately escalated to Team Leaders and Management as necessary.
Infyni takes special precautions to ensure the safety of our younger students. Instructors aligned for kids courses are interviewed through several rounds before they are cleared for kids courses. Moderators assigned for every course are present in every class to ensure academic progress as well as security. Infyni takes pride in the professionalism we have managed to maintain. Our repeat learners, students who have returned to Infyni to enroll for multiple courses, is a testament to our quality.
